In short
- No account. The game never asks for a name, email, date of birth, location or photo. Game progress stays only on your phone or tablet and never reaches us.
- We have no server of our own, and we collect no usage statistics or crash reports.
- The game is free and shows Google AdMob ads between levels. The ad system runs with child-directed settings: ads are not personalised and there is no tracking.
- No purchases, no chat, no contact with other players. Every link that leaves the game sits behind an adult check.

2. Scope
This text covers the Blok Patlat Macera mobile game (“the game”), blokpatlatmacera.com and the emails you send us. The stores you download the game from (Google Play, App Store) are separate data controllers under their own policies.
People whose personal data may be processed: players of the game (only as far as the technical data of the ad system goes), visitors to blokpatlatmacera.com and people who write to us. If a child plays the game, this text is addressed to their parent.
3. What data we process

What we do not collect: name, date of birth, gender, phone number, location (GPS), photos and camera, microphone, contacts, calendar and health data. The game does not ask for permission to access any of these. We have no usage-statistics or crash-reporting tool of our own. We do not process special categories of personal data.

This data is collected automatically by the ad system inside the game, automatically during website visits, and through your own writing in emails.
5. Children's privacy
Because young children can play the game too, we took care of children's privacy from the start:
- The game has no account, profile, chat, comments or contact between players. No personal information is asked of the player.
- There are no in-app purchases; no screen ever asks for payment.
- Links that leave the game (including this page), sharing and resetting progress sit behind an adult check.
- The store rating prompt appears only on the Settings screen.
- There is no behavioural profiling; ads are not chosen based on the player (Ads).
6. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. Data is shared only as far as needed with these groups of recipients:
- Google (AdMob) — showing and measuring ads in the game. The ad software sends data directly to Google.
- Infrastructure providers — hosting and protecting the website (Cloudflare) and the support mailbox. They act on our behalf and on our instructions.
- Google Play and Apple — handle downloads of the game under their own policies, as independent data controllers.
- Competent public authorities — may receive the information they request where the law empowers them.
Game progress on your device is not shared with anyone.
7. International transfers
Google and Cloudflare process data outside Türkiye (in the US, the EU and other countries). These transfers are made under Article 9 of the KVKK and the Regulation on the Procedures and Principles for the Transfer of Personal Data Abroad; the providers process the data under their own data protection terms and security commitments.
8. How long we keep data

Data whose period has expired is deleted or anonymised. If a record becomes the subject of a lawsuit, an investigation or a request from an authority, it may be kept until that process ends.
To delete: in the game, Settings ▸ Reset all progress (behind the adult check) deletes all game progress on the device. Deleting the app also deletes all game data. As there is no account, there is no account or server record to delete.
9. Phone backup
As we have no server, we do not keep a backup of game data. If your phone's own backup is on (iCloud backup on iPhone, Google backup on Android), game progress is included in it and is restored when you move to a new device of the same kind. That backup is a service of the device maker and your own account; we have no access to it. Progress does not carry over to a different kind of device (for example from iPhone to Android).
10. Ads
- Ads are served by Google AdMob. The ad system runs with child-directed settings (child-directed treatment), so ads are not personalised based on interests, there is no remarketing, and ad content is limited to material suitable for general audiences (“G”).
- The phone's advertising ID is not used. On iPhone, tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) is never requested.
- Ads are not shown during play: only between levels (with limited frequency), as a small banner on the map and collection screens, and as entirely optional rewarded ads. No level or reward is locked behind an ad.
- To show and measure ads and prevent abuse, Google may derive an approximate location (city level) from the IP address; the phone's location (GPS) is not accessed.
- How Google uses this data: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
- There is no option to remove ads; the game is completely free and has no purchases.
11. Security
Game data stays under your device's own protections and never leaves the device. Ad and website traffic is encrypted in transit. As we have no server, we hold no player data on a server. No system is completely secure; if data we hold is accessed by unauthorised persons, we will inform you and the Board as the KVKK requires.
12. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate, and deletion or destruction under the conditions set by law; to request that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing. If you are a child's parent, you may also exercise these rights on their behalf.
How to apply: write to [email protected] with “KVKK Application” in the subject line. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity. We resolve applications within 30 days at the latest and, as a rule, free of charge; if we refuse, we tell you why. If you find our answer insufficient or receive no answer in time, you may complain to the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu).
Because game data never reaches us, you cannot request it from us or have us delete it; but you can delete it yourself at any time (How long we keep data). You can also exercise your rights regarding advertising data against Google.
13. Website
blokpatlatmacera.com uses no analytics or advertising tools; we set no cookies. Pages are served through the infrastructure of our hosting provider, Cloudflare; your IP address and browser information are processed to deliver the page and protect the site. The provider may set strictly necessary, security-only cookies to tell automated attacks apart.
14. Changes
We may update this text. The current version is published on this page with its effective date; for material changes that alter the data the game processes, the information screen shown at the game's first launch is shown again.
